Megaformer M3S

(45 minutes) If you love Pilates yet crave the intense challenge of the Megaformer M3S machine, come join us for a class.

There are over 150 slow, controlled full-body moves to get your heart racing and metabolism burning calories.

It’s low-impact and amazing for cross-training. Focus is on CORe and back strengthening, cardio, long lean muscle development, flexibility and toning all to a musical beat.

For those seeking a slower-paced introduction to Megaformer, we recommend taking the Intro Class first.

Lagree Ramp

(45 minutes) We dare you to come drive the Ramp. It’s the most challenging Megaformer workout and ideal for cross training. We’re the first studio in the Bay to offer Lagree Ramp. 

It’s an intense, full-body workout designed to give you the maximum output in the minimum amount of time.  Lagree Ramp certified trainers move you through a workout on the Megaformer M3S on the flat and inclined on a hydraulic lift.

You will be amazed at how your muscles will feel during class and how strong and toned you will feel the next day as you continue to burn calories (EPOC). This strength training workout even has the 49ers agreeing that it’s the toughest work out they have tried.

*Trainer approval or min. of 10 Megaformer classes required.

We recommend you attend the Lagree Ramp Intro class prior to attending this class. 

For advanced students.

TRX Suspension, HIIT & Weights

(45 minutes) TRX Suspension® was born in the Navy Seals. This is the ideal workout to use your own body weight and gravity to blast fat and sculpt muscles. Your workout is infused with strength training, cardio, mobility, stability and balance. With TRX you control the difficulty with the angle of your body.  You will see your arms change shape, your body lean out and tone after just a few workouts.

Each class blends TRX straps, weights and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to create a fun full-body workout. The trainers keep you inspired and urge you on with instructions and accolades. You will be ready to take on the world, your kids or a conference call.

All levels welcome.

Megablast

(45 minutes) This is CORevolutions’ signature class. We combine the Megaformer and Lagree Ramp class with TRX Suspension. This provides you with an amazing full body workout. You will sweat like crazy and leave feeling stronger and like you had an intense cardio workout. Trainer approval or min. of 10 Megaformer classes required. We recommend a TRX class as well.

For advanced students, only. Both running shoes and grippy sox are required.

Megamobility

(45 minutes) A group fitness class on the Megaformer, with no more than 10 students. The trainer will lead you through a series of exercises to increase joint mobility and flexibility while strengthening your CORe. This class will help your body move more efficiently and with better alignment through your daily activities. Focus is on balance, strength, flexibility and CORe engagement.

All levels welcome. 

Bootcamp

(45 minutes) You asked for it! Running outdoors, battle ropes, obstacles, weights and TRX.

Go! Go! Go! Time to work your butt off (literally).

Wear good support running shoes, layers for an outdoor workout, and bring a towel and water bottle.

Bring a friend to buddy up for the workout too.

Sturdy running shoes required.
